The Deckchair Portal
As part of our comprehensive care service, Deckchair Care provide clients access to our care monitoring portal. This enables both clients and relatives to know exactly what care is being delivered and when.
Accessed via our secure website, clients and relatives will be able to review the care plan, read what happened during the last care visit, know who attended, how long they were there and view any notes made.
Access to the system is encrypted and secured via a username and password. Only people authorised by clients will be set up and assigned login details.
